1. Your Right to a Refund

We comply with UK and EU consumer protection laws. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Digital Services & Online Content: If you purchase digital content (such as online courses or downloadable resources) and have not accessed, downloaded, or streamed the content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  Please note: If the content has been accessed or used, a refund is not available.
• Faulty or Unavailable Services: If the service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered in a reasonable time, you may receive a full or partial refund.
• Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent access and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time, a refund may be granted.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date or from when the issue occurred.

2. Exclusions from Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• You change your mind after purchasing (outside the 14-day cooling-off period for unused digital content).
• The issue is caused by user error, misuse, or failure to meet stated system requirements.
• You fail to follow usage instructions or do not engage with the service.
• The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund window has expired.
