Please note: If you have accessed or used the content, a refund is not available.

b. Faulty or Unavailable Services
If the service you receive is faulty, not as described, or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

c. Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent you from accessing the service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, a refund may be granted.
